Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, adhering to nutritional guidelines and dietary restrictions.
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are always met.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Manage food inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with menu planning and development.
- Supervise kitchen staff, if applicable.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cook/Chef or equivalent.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Food safety certification (preferred).
