Reporting Channel
In accordance with Law no. 39/2023 of August 4, which establishes the legal framework for sports companies, and in compliance with Law no. 93/2021 of December 20, which establishes the General Regime for the Protection of Whistleblowers and transposes Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019, O Elvas Clube Alentejano de Desportos – Futebol SAD provides an accessible, secure, and confidential reporting channel.
This channel is intended for all employees, athletes, board members, coaches, interns, volunteers, service providers, suppliers, members of the corporate bodies, and any other individuals who collaborate directly or indirectly with the organization. Its goal is to ensure the promotion of ethics, integrity, and legality in the operations of the sports company.
O Elvas SAD is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of the identity of both the reporting person and the individuals mentioned, guaranteeing the secure and lawful processing of personal data. The organization protects the reporting person against any acts of retaliation, whether directly or indirectly related to the report, and stores and processes all reports in accordance with the deadlines and procedures established by Law no. 93/2021, ensuring good faith, the right to be heard, and the right to defense.
