Today marks the beginning of the Under-19 “A” pre-season of “O Elvas”, starting a new journey full of expectations and intense preparation. During the day, our young athletes underwent rigorous medical examinations, a crucial step in ensuring each player’s health and physical readiness for the season ahead.

This season, the U19 “A” teams will face the challenge of competing in the second division of the U19 National Championship. The preparation started today is essential for our team to enter the field in the best possible conditions, both physically and mentally.

The medical examinations carried out included full physical assessments and specific examinations to ensure that all players are fit to face the intense training and competitions that lie ahead. 

The team is excited about the potential of the players and believes that, with hard work and dedication, we can achieve significant results in the championship. The pre-season will be marked by intensive training, friendly games and tactical and technical development activities.
