Overview:
The UEFA B Trainer will be responsible for coaching and developing young football players at Elvas SAD Football Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for football, a deep understanding of the game, and the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
Responsibilities:
- Coaching:
- Conduct training sessions for youth football teams, focusing on developing technical skills, tactical awareness, physical fitness, and mental resilience.
- Implement effective training methods and drills to improve players’ performance.
- Create a positive and supportive training environment.
- Player Development:
- Assess players’ strengths and weaknesses to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide individualized coaching and guidance to help players reach their full potential.
- Monitor player progress and track development.
- Team Management:
- Select and prepare teams for matches.
- Develop and implement match strategies.
- Lead and motivate teams during competitions.
- Foster a positive team culture and promote teamwork.
- Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with players, parents, and club officials.
- Provide feedback and updates on player performance.
- Address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Professional Development:
- Continuously update knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:
- UEFA B Coaching License or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Proven experience coaching youth football teams.
- Skills: Strong coaching abilities, excellent communication skills, ability to motivate and inspire young athletes, knowledge of football tactics and techniques.
