Coaching: Participate in regular training sessions under the guidance of our experienced coaching staff.

Matches: Participate in competitive matches at various levels, including league matches and tournaments.

Professionalism: Adhere to O Elvas SAD standards of conduct, discipline and sportsmanship.

Development: Actively seek to improve their football skills and knowledge through continuous learning and self-improvement.
