Job Description

As a coach at O Elvas SAD, you will be responsible for the technical, tactical, and physical development of players, promoting an environment of growth and high-level performance. Your main responsibilities include:

• Planning and executing effective training sessions;
• Developing and assessing athlete progress;
• Analyzing matches and implementing strategies for improvement;
• Collaborating with other club professionals to ensure player development.

Qualifications

• Recognized coaching license (minimum UEFA B);
• Proven experience in player development;
• Strong leadership and communication skills;
• Passion for football and commitment to athlete development.
