You may choose to report confidentially. Your identity will only be known to those responsible for handling the report, with full confidentiality guaranteed, and it will not be shared with others in the organization without your consent.
Reporting confidentially allows for better case follow-up and ensures legal protection under Law no. 93/2021 from the very first contact.
You can report anonymously without revealing your identity. However, this option may limit the legal protection granted by Law No. 93/2021.
If you choose this method, avoid using the organization’s devices and remove metadata from any uploaded files.
Whenever possible, we recommend confidential reporting, as it ensures greater protection and better case follow-up.
