Your identity will only be shared internally with your consent. Confidential reporting allows for more effective case management and guarantees the legal protection provided under Law No. 93/2021 from the very first contact.
You can report anonymously without revealing your identity. However, this option may limit the legal protection granted by Law No. 93/2021.
If you choose this method, avoid using the organization’s devices and remove metadata from any uploaded files.
Whenever possible, we recommend confidential reporting, as it ensures greater protection and better case follow-up.
